New Habits!
Hey Bonded fans!
I have been on a world of adventure since my last post and it has kept me quite busy.
Firstly, the second book is under way with Quetzal and Co doing amazing things. There is a lot to write still but I’m very excited.
Secondly, I have been adding new habits to my life and had to give them very real focus. Writing The Arena was a difficult challenge that I loved and grew alongside the characters as I wrote. When the time came, I needed to grow even further, and I don’t mean my waistline. I started going to the gym. I lift several times a week and for these past few months, I have seen the changes. Slow progress is still progress and I am happy to have this particular habit stuck in place now. I am to the point where if I don’t go everyday I feel unfulfilled. My health might be improving, but I can see the difference in the weight training from when I began and the growth is impressive to me. The dedication to the workout wanes sometimes, but as Taare accepted his new reality, so have I. Workouts also go much more smooth with a buddy, and I am happy to have one. We laugh and grow together, pushing the limits of our training.
Lastly, the second edition of the book will be printed shortly and I will begin hosting events! I love the idea of charity sales events and want to support places like the humane society, veteran groups, and literacy programs. Stay tuned for an event in your area!
